Hi, I removed these rollers from my daughter's very heavy glass patio door. I spent 2 days and many hours trying to find the entire bracket units. Hi there - I believe we have Milguard single hung, non-tilt windows and it seems that one of the window balances is broken. I think one of the hooks must've snapped, so now the window closes and rests askew.There aren't any markings on the channel balance besides "32 4 BSI ov". I can't seem to find ... (cont.)

Hi; I have Certainteed vinyl windows from 2000 The screens are held in place by a rubber T retainer which is the white piece on the bottom of th window frame. Do you have any type of retainer, to hold the screen in place?
