I think this is the balance I need. What is throwing me off is the foot depth. On the old balance the foot depth is actually 1 1/16" depth. So, neither the 1" depth of the 351 or the longer depth of the 390? Right in between. Please advise. Thanks! Ron

The serial number for my Pella door is C0310101537 from 2006. The existing strike plate is plastic. I am wondering if your stainless steel plate #85-020A would be its replacement?

Hi, I need help finding the correct replacement parts for my window. The pivot shoe is labeled: PAT #5,704,166. The coil balance is stamped with 11 on top and 1 on the bottom. The coil balance is 3/4" wide. The coil support is stamped with 2. The window weighs 20 lbs.

Hi I need two of these for a sliding glass window 46 1/2 x 46 1/2 inches. The number on the balances is 21403. Please email me if you need more info. Non tilt window balance marked 26 3 BT Caldwell. The metal section is 27 inches and both top and bottom plastic ends have wings. What is the replacement part number? Thank you.

The spiral balance the came out of the window has a red end and the tube measures 29" long. I cannot determine the diameter of the tube because it's not perfect circle (see photo). I am trying to locate this spring assembly for my double hung window. It is 26" long and has a double spring (Smaller spring is inside the larger spring). The stamp on the balancer housing is"25DS 36." The balancer attaches with an inch long screw at the top.

30 year old Lincoln awnings, Truth hardware. In the photos, the awning arm is 18", part #40023. My question is regarding the black plastic track guides; 1) Are they available?, 2) Are they an independently replaceable part, or does the repair require replacing the awning arm (hinge) complete? ...
