My name is Andrew and I have a variety of vertical windows with missing spring tensioner. The windows don't have a model number that I can see. The windows are in decent condition and I would love to just fix this problem. If you can help me that would be great

I am looking to replace one of the window balances as mentioned in the subject of this email. The length of teh metal C-channel is 31". I'm hoping you can tell the weight of the window from the markings on teh original balance.Thank you.Jim

Hello, our door handle lock on our sliding glass door broke. Ideally we would love to replace it with a lock that uses a key (or electronic lock) but need to make sure we are buying the correct product. The hols spacing on our door is 4-15/16". Is there a replacement I could find for my door handle? ... (cont.)

The roller diameters is 1 inch. I can't find a name or part number on the door or on the roller. Home Depot has no tandem rollers smaller than 1 1/8th inch.
