I need help identifying the correct part to order. Especially what stamp option.

Windows in house with about 30 or so are all the same and have no manufactures mark. House builr by Ryan Homes in South Carolina. These barrel spings are starting to break and window will not stay up. I would like to order replacements from you but do not know exactly how. Please advise if you can ... (cont.)

I am in need of new white vinyl window tilt latch.Please look at pictures that is sent you to idenify this latch that i have no part number or manufacture so i can i buy some.The only letters on this latch is TILT-SAFE.. Any information will be very helpfull. Richard

Our existing balance is from an Amsco window and has the numbers 2620 stamped on the 1/2" channel. The channel is 27" long. I'm including pictures of the top and bottom plastic guides. Thanks J. Staheli

Don't note exactly which one it is. It's a Forever Door by Emco serial number (2-57-958) and patent number (4,311,183)

Hi my window will not stay open. I need to replace the coil springs and the pivot shoes. The coil springs have no numbers on them and the window has no name on it. Please let me know which coil springs and pivot shoes I need. Thanks

Milgard window company told me to check with you to find replacement hinge. Is this your hinge?
