We had Proline doors installed in 2019. The inside handle mechanism on the screen door was broken. See the first picture. Is it possible to buy a replacement handle? Do you have a piece that can be used on the other side of this window to replace missing/broken piece? My balance is a S385-28.

The casement window opener mechanism has two arms: one is 9 inches long, and the other is 10 inches. The case measures 2.5 inches by 5 inches. There are markings such as "02/19/15 09:22 A" on the unit.

Hi, Im looking to identfy this window latch and order it. if you have this avaliable.

Look for replacement parts on this single hung tilt out window.

The rollers are concave and seems to be nylon. Diameter is 1-1/2 inches and body is 1/2inch wide and 1 inch in height by 2 inches in length. I can't seem to find this anywhere and any help is very much appreciated!

This balance did not have any fittings attached on either ends. The fitting that attaches the block and tackle to the spring has failed. The number stamped on the back of the channel is #C 2545. The actual length of the channel is 26 inches. I need to replace both sides (2).

Window crank needed #39-031

Hello, I am in need of the missing crank and plastic cover (that are circled in the first picture). The window that it's missing on is in the second picture.
