The window latch on one of my windows broke. The window was installed in my home in 2000. I believe the window was from Pacific Window which went out of business in 2009. The home is in Lincoln, California and built by Del Webb. Can you please help me?

I had a lady come in to my office who needs a lock for her Traco door. Her father apparently had the doors in his garage for awhile. I'm not sure if he ever had the locking hardware. Can you identify what she needs?

pegs on bottom flange broke off in swivel. pics show length, width and depth of flange as well as the peg portion that broke off. These top sash guides are going on your 305 Spiral 3/8 in diameter Balances. It appears they were 3/4 in wide across the top as they are a bit worn. 15/16 in from top to screw hole. Let me know if you need additional information.

Good Morning, The latch to my sliding door broke off, the lock is 3inches long the plate that it attaches to is 4inches long. Would you have this part? I have attached photos.

Hi, Can you recommend a replacement for this guide? It looks offset and I don't see any similar. Width is 1/2" and height is 1 5/16. Any ideas? Also this sash lock is lever style. Are there replacements for these or should I try a different style. Thanks.

Searching for 7163-5 A Sliding doors

HelloI was told by owner of home that you have these balances for his vertical sliding windows.Window is a vertical slider without tilt. The channel is 1/2" Could not find the same part on your site. Marking says 3230 on the backside of channel.Todd

No names or numbers on the door. The windows in the rest of the house are PENNCO.

I'm looking to replace a broken piece that I attached a picture of. I believe it is referred to as a pivot shoe. Please let me know if you supply the replacement part?
