This is a window spring from the side of a window that lifts up. The spring is inside the track on the side and holds the window open after lifting up. It has a number, 20-2 I, on it. I need to order 2 of them. Can you please help me with this? Thanks, Doug

I measured everything per your requirements and here's what I found for the window channel balance that came out of the non-tilting living room window. There's no markings except for a STAR ungraded on brass where insert keyThe Star is on the lock above the keys tumbler

The windows are quite old, may be from between 1960s and 1970s. Tried to take it out, but it breaks and does not come out in full width. Heights seems to be 1/8", and the metal frame where it slides-in, the width of that is 5/16" and center where actually wool comes out is 1/8".Since I have old a ... (cont.)

My Milgard sliding windows have two small spring loaded window stops that are above the window and prevent full travel when in the out position. someone has broken and removed the entire stops. What are these locks called and where can I purchase new ones?

Hi Would you by chance carry the part in the picture. It was in the casement track. The crank arm has a small ball which clicks into the top of this nylon and its what controls the window moment. thanks Marty

Part we need is a plastic guide for upper window panel. Helps move panel up when cranking shut for a right seal. The plastic guide has 42C lL or R printed on it.

Photos are both sides of the upper half. Is that enough to identify? Spring is 1/2" wide. I think the only numbers on it are patent numbers but here they are: 5.232.208 5.365.638 6.584.644 B2
