I have a bathroom sliding small window with broken sash balances (2).

I need a pair of balances for a single hung non-tilt window. My balances are stamped 1420 BSI. Measures 15" . It's hard to tell exactly which balance I need.

I need to replace some broken sash balances. The stamped number on them is 37-34. I t does not have a company name on them.They are 38" in length. I have an Aradco operator with a crank with the number 45045 printed inside of the back portion of the crank. I would like to replace the crank. It looks like the bore is 11/32 (that the closest size drill bit that fits). Thanks for any help you can provide.
