I have this slider that needs to be fixed prior to selling. Everything that I have found doesn't appear to allow the lock assembly to mount flush with the door frame. Hello, From what I can gather from the AAMA sticker, the window is a Better Bilt 360 Series. The broken part is this metal retaining thing that slides inside a track of sorts on the right side of the window. With the part broken, the window does not want to stay in the track. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Looking to replace a few of my window balance's and need a few pivots. I see the number 2410 stamped into balance and it is 25 inches long. 1/2 inch wide and just about 5/8 deep .
