Holespacing is 3& 15/16It?s a two pin surface mounted latching handle The hole spacing is 3 & 15/16th..These door were installed in 1970?s. Are these lattches still made?If not do you have a new latch that would work?Please adviseThank you Bob

Numbers on closer includes 20810 and 31538A.However the piece marked 20810 does not appear to be 4 7/16" as your photo of 39-031 indicates.Would 39-031 still work in this window?

The attached photo is a pivot bar 103-2 for Certaineed tilt window that I need replacement for. Width is 5/8 inch and length is 2 3/8 inches to the 90 degree bend. The short side length is 7/8 inch. The lenght is the oval post is 7/8 inch.

I need a handle for a storm door. The distance between the two screws is 2?. The measurements of the square part which holds the handle is 3-1/2? x 1?.

I am replacing spiral balances in my Victorian wood sash windows but do not have the old spirals. How do I measure for the new ones? What type do you recommend?

I have a 32?x14? Pozzi awning window (1993 era) that the operating handle snapped off. I can go with a replacement handle, or replacing the entire mechanism...whatever you might have available. Appreciate your help!Jim C.
