I bought a replacement spring latch for an aluminum window from Swisco. Item # 90-317. I can't get the old one out or the new one in. Could you tell me again how to do it? Is there a U-tube video showing how it's done. The channel balances went in easily. I was thrilled! Thanks!

Locks have totally dicentigrated, the windows are what I would describe as almond in color. The window locks have a 2.5 inch hole spread for screws. No keepers needed on these locks. What is your suggestion for replacement? What is your return policy? Shipping policy on returns?

Looking for Penn Co single hung sash locks. They lock directly into the rail of the stationary upper window. 18-281 wh sash locks. Got this info from Penn Co online. My windows are NOT white they are beige

The number next to the staple appears to be L9-1327 or 1827. This is the sash balance on the right side looking out. Would want to replace both L and R though.Please advise.Bob
