I need to replace a double hook mortise lock. The existing lock is an Interlock 16-460ss. Do you have an equivalent? The 82-238 looks similar but i cannot tell if it is the equivalent part or not. Looking to replace this, never had the key and the lock was stuck out and locked us out of the house. I jammed it back in and holding with tape. The number on the door says Cole and Sewell. 09239894550-0008. I need to buy a replacement. A friend says he would install.

Bought 8 replacement windows back in 1991. The bottom strip that fits into the window grove has dried out on all the windows and the manufacturer no longer makes the window. Looking for a replacement strip to fit the track.
