Weathervane casement window parts still available or is there a replacement? Looking for rh & lh.

This is Louie in Reno Nv. I have four Semco doors30 years old and am looking for weatherstripping.

Enclosed are photos of a double hung pin set that rests in a plastic holster. Manufacturer is unknown. The pins are broken off and they do not look like they are handed. They are about 3 1/2" long plus the length of the pins. Can you recognize these or help

They measure 3/8 inches by one inch. Of the one inch 1/4 inch is the barb which snaps into the sash

I need help in indentifying this all spring window balance for a double hung window.

I need a few Surface Mounted Tilt Window Replacement Latches. The length in 3.5". I need the left and right latches. Please see attached picture.

After I installed the S795-30B balances with 1-1/4" shoe to both sides of the window track, the window seems heavy to me when opening/closing the unit. The sash is 18.2 lbs on the scale. The body of item 81-978 is exactly what I need for a replacement I'm looking for, except that it has a flat roller. I need the same assembly with exactly the same dimensions and design, except that I need a concave roller. Any suggestions from your end?

Two of the pictures show the part that broke off. The last one shows the holes for the screws to hold the pin. Thank you for your help. I sent a separate email. Edited finding this asking how to send pictures.
