When reinstalling the window sash after replacing a screen frame, the bottom right-hand bracket at the bottom of the window sash broke. See attached photos of the broken part. All I have is a visual - these were installed in our Industrial wharehouse doors about 40 years ago. Many need replacing. Any help appreciated. The plugs have a felt top - not so obvious in the one I am holding - but the one in the frame you can see the felt.

20 year old vinyl windows sash balance and t-shoe were broken trying to open window. Serial number on the balance is 33C and it is 33" long with a metal clip on nylon string at the top of the sash frame.

Just need help finding this part if they make it anymore need two bearings are shot in both.
