Thank you for your help in indentifying this item. I hope these pictures provide enough information to identify what we need.

I need to replace the pins or clips that hold the screen in my crank casement screens for windows. They are holes in front of screen with a white bob with a spring attached and you turn the small knob to turn a silver hook.

Hi - Looking for a Milgard Sash Lock. Not finding any model numbers, or referencable numbers on the locking mechanism. The central Screw structure is breaking out of our older locks.

i have 6 double hung sashthat are rusted and the pins are broken need 12 spring sash adjusters and 12 swivel locker slides slides seem to be 1/2" deep.

Need to replace internal tilt latch that broke and window won't stay open.

It fits inside a bracket that is in patio door still. The bracket is brass too and has a thread bolt keeping it in place and I can't remove the carriage. This part is about .75" thick let me know what else you need from me. and thank you

I don't see any part numbers. These are mounted on double hung, tilt-in windows installed around 2015

I need the is part and the other part on the top of the window as well

Both handles go to a balcony door. The smaller half round is plastic.

The channel balance (metal part only) is 12". These are for small baththroom windows. The windows are 22 1/4" wide and each pane is about 12 3/4" high. The only marking I can find on the channel balance looks like it might be 11B or 1B. See the photo with ruler showing the width. There is a sticker ... (cont.)

Handle missing

Ineed the mechanism to replace this part on my window. I also need the hanles to turn open and close the window, along with the left and right latches to unlock the window

Outer screw holes are 4 1/8 on center inside dimensions are 5" wide by 1" high color is white 21 1/2" wide when closed #45002
