Tried to wind spring but will not stay in bracket. Do we need a new spring or piece that holds spring since Window keeps falling down?

No name on screen door,no numbers or description on rollers except for photo's any help would be appreciated. thank you

Replacing two balances stamped '20 4 KP CALDWELL' A part missing from this window is the small plastic clip that catches the wings on the balances.There are two at the top and bottom on another window. Where can I get these?

This is a roller assembly from a Viking sliding door dating to the 60s. The extrusion slides into the window frame. I just want rollers that can be made to work for this door. I know it's a surface-mounted, roughly 6-5/8" hole spacing door handle with a key but can't seem to replicate that in my searches for a replacement.
