I am in need of finding just 3 pieces of Certainteed invisibly vented soffit for a bay window project. The color is Herringbone. I also need 3/4" F channel for the project. I do not want to buy a full box when I only need a few pieces. Is there somewhere I can get what I need?

Can you identify? This is a 1980 construction, Viking window. I've sent 3 photos of one end, and 2 of the other end. Both balances broke several years ago, but I just discovered they can be replaced. The plate under the handle is broken. It is a casted part and has two bosses that go into the door and then the screws go through to tighten the part of the handle that is on the outside. The boss broke off and I cannot torque down the screw. Is there a replacement part available or do I need to ... (cont.)

I have an old Milgard double hung tilt window, the balance itself measures 26" with channel being 5/16". The bottom window is 28" h x 48" w, and 25 lbs. The pivot shoe is 1 3/16" w X 2" long x 5/8" deep (1/2"). Do I get the 28" S770, 28D option with the pivot shoe 9/16" 15-129?
