need two coil springs for my window , both broke. they are 1/2 wide and have an e on the spring. the manufacturer I believe is american window in jersy. The spring has a 1/8 hook at the end of the spring that atatchs to the slide. Can you help me?

Hi there: Not sure which part I need. These are pictures - the most telling is the stamping '2130bd' - the 21 is likely 21" tall. The '30bd' looks like an 'option' but I don't see any 'options of '30' for 21 - only 20? Could you please tell me which part I need? Thanks, Eddie

Hello,I need some help in purchasing this window balance. I have attached the photos of what it looks like coming out of the window.The dimensions on the window were 51.25 by 48.75 in. The window balance reads 2130

Patent nummber 6264252 The handle and the locking mechanism work, however the strike pad is missing. That is the part that I need, the specific strike pad that goes with the handle in the pictures. I have a Low-E Window that caught the plastic window bead and bent it at a 90 degree angle. I tried to bend it back in place, but every time I closed the window it caught the plastic window bead.
