This is an exterior part to hold a screen in place on a garden window installed in 1988.

We believe this is a Certainteed window from 1997 This part popped out. #4.5.78 PAT523208 Not sure if numbers after the # sign I hope this helps you identify the part number. And instructions for how to replace it. Thank you!!

I am desperate to find these pivot bar assemblies. Can you help me!

Dimensionally, matches up with 26-442 but has a spline right below surface that makes it slide onto sash( see section view) but it does not have a radiuus end on top. Stamped on bottom is "R 23". Of course the spring latch is broken off.

Miami window 'chain to open/close the window

This channel balance was broken and flops out when the window is raised, and the cord is always loose. I don't have access to get better pictures right now. Spring-loaded roller at bottom of large screen door--it is badly rusted. Cannot figure how to remove it except pry it out.Is this photo helpful enough to determine the part?The screen door has two rollers. Size of screen--52 in wide and 91 in tall.ThanksLarry

Need to order balancers for tilt sash windows like in the photos. I did find something similar but the top of the balance is different from the one I need. Do you have anything that has the hook like mechanism thing at top?Thanks!Kristine

Looking for the part number for this seal. It is off of a Viking dual pane aluminum window.

This is a handle we need to replace on our Midgard Window sliding glass door. It is a 3 15/16" non-lock.

I need: 1 roller bushing as pictured (top and bottom views) And Mounting tape for 1 mirror. Tape runs along mirror periphery, holding the mirror flush to edges of metal channel-frame.
