Dimensions are 3/8" by 1/2". First photo (from left) is the back side of broken corner. The second is broken corner on its side. The third shows the front. Last photo shows the corner installed and unbroken.Thank you for your time and help.George

The Id number is 29c BSI (sideways) PB There is no identifying mark on the window frame or etched in glass in corner. On the window lock it has the letters IWC. Window will not stay up slides down

Need to replace this piece. Approximate 1?long 1/4 wide. Windows tilt out from this section & location is bottom of window

a set of door lock (lock, stopper, lever) is missing. Two photos took from a different sliding door, presumably the same size. What will be the replacing parts.

Structure is 15 years old. Channel balances are starting to come free of the single hung windows. I need to repair or replace 8 pairs. Our wooden sliding glass door won't lock any longer so we took it apart and are looking to replace it . We hope you can help.

I need a 24" replacement balance for a Milgard double hung window. The label on the existing balance says "23 4 LS CALDWELL" Does that give any indications of the type?

Seems like a series 377. But the metal (not counting the top and shoe) is 18.5" long. I only see options for 18" and 19" long. Also marking says "1840" and what looks like the top of a "5"

Triple pane with aluminum stops. Can?t find any numbers other than igcc277cba. Aluminum stops are getting bent when trying to remove to be able to replace the glass. Are there any stops available?

Hi - thanks so much for reaching out! Based on your photos, it looks like you have either our Series 380 or our Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The Series 385 balance has a 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep while the Series 380 balance has a 15-005 shoe, wh ... (cont.)

Hi- thanks for posting! We'll need to see some photos of the balance actually removed from the window to be able to determine the best replacement option for you. Unfortunately, the stickers won't give us the information that we'd get from actually seeing the balance.

Original sash liners of aluminum. Sash double hung and each sash 1 3/4" thick. Want to replace liners with plastic as originals are sticky. Hi,Just moved into a new home and discovered both tilt bars in the sash were broken. I wasn't able to retrieve the rest of the bar from the window side.
