Hi I'm looking for the top latch as well (x2) as welll as the coil mechanism on the sides of the window ( x2)

I ordered Channel Balances and they didn't work because, I need some top sash guides. I have a sunroom that someone has caulked over the weep holes (rectangular) located at the bottom of each channel. Can you recommend a weep hole part for me to use. I am a little concerned that if I leave an opening water can blow back into the structure.
