I bought 8 28 inch series 795 Channel balancer but the old pivot bar doesn't work with the new shoe. The bar is a little too long and the round tip a little too big. May be I have to cut it off. The bar doesn't look like your 26-318. I think 26-021 may not fit. But I need to order 8 new bars. ... (cont.)

Don't know how useful the photos are, but they're the best I could do. Wooden windows of unknown manufacturer installed about 30 years ago, I believe. It looks like I need the 82-260 door latch/lock. But I can't figure out how it goes back together. Is there an exploded diagram or assembly instructions? Need to reinstall the 83-115 latch handle. It appears that a spring is preventing the latch handle from being inserted into the door mechanism. Do I have to push back on the spring to reinstall the latch handle? If so how do I accomplish this feat?
