Bought house 4 years ago. Both sliding doors have this handle and lock. The family room one does not connect anymore and does not lock. We tried moving the stick plate, but it does not "connect". Do you have replacement parts? It is 12" in length. And the screw holes are 1". Can we just replace the ... (cont.)

I've been able to take out the double hung sashes and pulley sides. How do I order a complete set of replacement parts?

I think this is a S385 equivalent. I looked on you website and verified the bottom end piece is your PN 15-004. The markings on this channel are 33 3 BSI Ok it is 34" long as shown. So my thought was this is a S385-33 34" long?

I just received my new window balances for my single hung windows. As I put one of them in, the plastic top of the balance broke off as I lifted the window.
