I need the S750 in 17" and 34" lengths but I see they are not available. I need (8) of the 16 regular strength and (8) of the 34 HD strength. Can I get these parts or is there a substitute?

What is the best replacement for this tilt latch

I recently purchased your spiral balance tool, but now I need the bottom pins for the window. I also need to purchase at least three of these bottom pins. For some reason, the red button will not allow me to submit photos.

White tilt latches 1 1/2" by 7/8" with prongs that are 5/16" long by 3/16" wide.They are opposite to what I see for any other we have. Any help would be appreciated. Mike

The insulation strip on the outer bottom of the capital windows needs to be replaced and have been trying to locate the part. My windows were install 2000-2001 timeframe. Any help would be appreciated.
