Do you have the small rectangular piece of plastic that snaps into the interior face of these windows? It doesn?t seem to have a purpose, just a cap.

Product Code: 39-280 looks like it would work for my windows except the arm with the 2&1/2" measurement needs to be 1&7/8, all the others match up,any help? Thanks

I have a dual balance low e-window. One of the balances broke and I need to replace it. The working balance measures 32inches long, 7/16 width and 7/16inch depth. I sent pictures of the remaining balance which looks OK. I need the prices on a replacement balance and 2 clipsThe window frame does not have any take out clips or hardware to hold the channel balances. Are the take out clips all that hold the channel balances?

I need a handle for the lock on a casement window. It appears your Product Code: 38-090 may use the same handle. On your website the picture of 38-090, shows that the part of the handle that exits the back of the lock appears to be indented. I cannot tell from the picture if this handle will work i ... (cont.)

Do you know where I can purchase some of these pivot bars? It is from a window that was manufactured by BF Rich who closed in 2017.

I need something similar this this Snap Bead. The window using the Snap Bead is about 40 years old. I looked at some of your inventory and some Snap Bead looks like it might fit. I am not really sure which to pick so any help would be appreciated.

Aloha, Replaced the channel balances in my tilt vinyl windows with your series 770 "35B" and "29C" balances. First tried the 15-129 pivot shoe which does not slide with the 4 notches making it slightly thicker. Tried the 15-046 pivot shoes which seems to fit in the window. Everything appears to work ...
