I noticed that a person from Bethesda was asking about the same patio door handle that I have. Originally provided by Thermal Industries of Murrysville, PA. They say they do not have any more and that it is an old design they no longer support. The patio door is a LEGANCE II, #213-K-018. I have ... (cont.)

The opening is width of the operable sliding door is 48 inches, standard height. Am interested in roller replacements for this door. I included two general photos + a photo of the sticker. There does not appear to be any other identifying information. Thanks - Stuart

HI, Not sure who manufactured the window, just bought the house. Hopefully, you can tell me. This is a double hung, vinyl, tilt out window. Hopefully that gives you some ideas. And as always, thanks for the great service, Ernie

I need 2 pairs of replacement channel balances but don't have the old ones for a sample. The hole where the channel balance will fit is 5/8" x 1-5/8". I had ordered your 34.5" Series 850 Crossbow Balance and later found out you no longer carry this item. What would be a upgrade that will work without changing the pivot bar? 39-252 looks like it may work. The distance from the top hole to the bottom hole on mine is 5 1/4"center to center, so is yours. The distance from the one bottom hole to the other is 1 1/8" center to center, so is yours. In the second photo the arm that attaches to the window is 1 7/8" center to ... (cont.)

The plastic cap that contains the window balance on a milgard window is broken. This is the unbroken piece on the other side. Do you carry this product?

It's a "postage" size plastic slider which the bottom longest arm snaps into. This slider ( ? ) fits into the bottom channel on the underside of the window. I hope this explains it.

I?ve got a couple older milgard windows with channel balances that aren?t staying put in the window frame. I?m trying to replace 3 windows, so 6 balances total. Im not seeing anything identical to these on the site. Can you provide any pointers? Thank you!!

HElko I will need 30 of the handles as well as tall other part to open and close window associated with the cranks on bottom of sill and window itself.Current window cranks are worn and not opening and closing very well.. markings are on the handle like in the picture thanku

Hi folks I have a series 390 channel balancer i need to replace in my windows..the balancer has a 19-002 top and a 15-001 bottom.. the channel has 2620 stamped on it but the actual length of the channel is 26.5 inches and not 27" as depicted by 2620.. can i have four of these made up... ... The wheel appears to be 1-1/8? diameter The width of the assembly appears to be 13/16? Can you help me find this assembly? Thanks!
