I think this belongs to a mercury window this part attaches to the spiral balance and broke from the corner of the window. Any help would be great.

I Need 2 Pivot Shoes(picture attached has code: 530C). Not sure on depth? I think its 1/2 inch but hard to measure without taking it out. Can you confirm with this code? Needing a SGD-R20-141×96 sliding glass door handle/lock replacement, not sure about any additional information because the model and make sticker is very worn. The house was built in 2000 so I am assuming the sliding glass door is that old.

Could you send me the dimensional Specs on this lock? I have a similar one I need to replace but want to be sure can retrofit it. Thank you, Ed

It is the piece attached to the window that allows it to connect to the spiral balance on the bottom of the window.

I want to replace all my weather stripping in my home. I have a lot of windows but I'm finding it hard to find replacement weather stripping. I didn't want the glue it on. Can you help? Attached are some pictures.

not sure what is the strength of the channel balance. on the balance has printed numbers and letters 25 5 EV CMC 7. could you please tell me what the strength is? Thank You, Jenny

Instead of fixing the top sash spiral balances, I'm looking to fix the top sash in place. I believe the window is a Traco Tr5000. Is there a bracket or clip that I can attach under the pivot shoe in the track and screw into? This is a picture of the pivot shoe.

I also have the mirror sliding doors by Marshall Aluminum Products Co. Irvine CA. All with broken plastic wheeled rollers as pictured. These metal wheeled replacements were a perfect fit! Thanks to San Diego who first posted this manufacture of mirror doors , I found these rollers! ... (cont.)

The door lock "flipper" broke and so did the stem from the lock. Can we get replacement parts or must we purchase the whole package?
