4" Long bar with 5/16" width curved at 2-4/16, 1-3/16, 8/16 inches. The screw hole is 1" from outer edge. This bar that engages with pivot shoe is bolted at the bottom of window.

From the attached pictures can you tell me what replacement part number I need for the window channel balancing assembly. Thanks Rob

28? balance on single hung window

I am in need of several tilt lock replacements but cannot find the correct size. The mobile home is from 1996(approx.) and I do not know if they are even the original windows. The size of the locks are: 2 5/8 long by 15/16 wide. The holes are 1 13/16 on center. Can you suggest what to do? ... (cont.)

Hi,My 20 year old tilt windows take a 26-297 pivot bar, which has a channel that is 1/4" wide and 3/16" tall. I can't seem to locate the 9/16" pivot shoe with that size opening. The ones I ordered were 15-173. The opening in them is too big.Thank you,Jim

This sash balancer came out of a Anderson double hung window that was installed when our home was built around 1969. Many of them are broken and I do not know which one to buy. Thanks for any help.

Hi the metal cam part is broken on this one bottom sash and so window is difficult to move up and down.sash is not held by pivot shoe. W329321-1 is number on sash and AAMA code is PAR-1 series 8321-1.

I need a replacement handle for a Patriot casement window. The window is about 25 years old. The cast metal base cracked.

are you able to identify my needs based on the photo? (non-tilt) I am having trouble closing the window all the way shut in order to latch it. Would replacing the balance solve it?
