Our model number is 34612082.122 100421. We need a new strike plate. The door has a dead bolt.

One single coil balance spring in my one double glazed window was broken. I took it off and checked the number stamped on it. I am not sure of the window manufacturer but the windows are about 12-13 years old. This trim piece fits on the outside face of the bottom edge of the lower sash sealing against the sill. I was able to find the manufacture name to be Simonson Profinish windows. I hope this helps

Wood awning window installed in about 1975 do not see any markings on hardware

Not sure how to match our current pivot shoes

These locks lock right into the opposite window. The only marks are Pella on the thumb area and the word LOCK with an arrow sweeping to the left on the part screwed into the window.

Picture above shows 2 parts of the window tilt mechanism. Appelby systems had made in 1995. looks like the part striped out during operation of window. Appleby was contacted but they do not have parts this old. thanks jw

Hi, this is the channel balance from a 1980's vintage window. The stamped numbers are " 4490 34 " . The "44 " matches the measured size of the window and is consistent with the length of the channel which is 45" . The " 90 " I believe is the weight code of " 9 " and is consistent with the weight of ... (cont.)

My rollers are all nylon, and appear to be like your 84-064. I have followed the video, and pushed both tabs in with a screwdriver, and pried hard, but cannot seem to extract the roller. The balance is 28" and has the letters H U A O and is for a tilt window, the pivot is 2" long, 1" 1/4 wide, 1/2" and has a blue receiver hole. I would like 2 of each once you give me the info I will send my CC info. Thanks Chris
