Hi there. My Viking window lock recently broke from normal use. I believe the window and lock were installed between 2001-2006, according to the previous owners of my home. I need help locating a lock that I can replace this one with. Thank you!

Do I need a 6' or 8' replacement track? Can I leave the track flat or would i need to raise the track for hieght?

This plastic in the picture does not snap into place. It seems to run underneath the glass insert. This window is a double pane insulated window. Is is possible to replace this plastic piece? And if so, it is a difficult job?

We believe the window is a Care Free Window. Our house is a Dutch Housing, Inc. manufactured home built is 1991. It is a 53 x 46 inch window, the tilt part weighs 21.2 lbs., 25 3/4" long and 3/8 diameter.

Would items # 322, 323, and 324 work?

I need window balancers for aluminum single hung windows, approx. 20 years old. Dont know what brand. They are the block/tackle type, number stamped on the Balancer is: 3540 CG B.S.I. Looking for a replacement handle for this sliding glass door and haven't found and labeling anywhere on door for to know what brand. Was told it could be Anderson or paella. House was built in 1984. Not sure how old the door is

We need to buy a replacement lock for a Guardian sliding glass door. The length is 6 1/8 inches. The width is 3/4 inch. The measurement from center of top hole to bottom hole is 5 7/16 inches.

My double hung window wont stay. I took off this single coil pivot balance shoe and found it missed a small parts. I wonder if you have the matched white circle that fit in the loop to make this complete? or maybe a new whole parts that I can purchase? Please let me know the model and price. ... (cont.)

Enter rental house to find all 4 channel balance and lock broken. Attach are photos of what is left of balance and good lock from another window. Also, do you selll sashes? I have 3 lower sashes with moisture between the panes of glass. Thank you for your help.

Lock lever broken finish is antique bronze?

Hello, Swisco We need to replace these broken pulleys on double hung windows, or perhaps even the entire inserts and mechanisms. There does not seem to be any brand associated with these windows. Thanks, -Chuck
