I think this is a Milgard window balance, but not sure. the numbers stamped on it read, 28 2. The length of the metal part is 28 7/8", the width of the wings on the bottom shoe is 15/16", the width of the top wings is 15/16". The window is non tilting channels are 9/16" wide. Replaced my coil balance twice and coil works great for couple of months and then breaks called customers service they said weight window it is 11 lb. Old one has #7 stamp ordered s190- 740 coil balance so do I need heavier size coil ? Steve
