Hello, I am looking for a replacement part for a Kawneer storefront door. It is a small piece of aluminum trim that snaps into clips to hold the glass pane in place. The aluminum trim has a groove for the gasket to slide into. Thanks, Bill

These white glazing beads came with the vinyl/aluminium (?) windows that are about 20 years old. I cannot find any other numbers or markings on either the window or the beads themselves... I'm having trouble finding a match to the top sash guide. I've attached images, including relevant dimensions. The style looks similar to 18-127, but the dimensions differ from my replacement part. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

The center gear operator works but adapting inside gear piece is stripped and that is the piece I need. If I can?t get that one piece would you have a new assembly that will fit my window

I am in need of 12 top sash tilt wash latch (left from outside) certain Teed Bryn Mawr II the photo is showing the latch from both sides. Same left latch.

To whom it may concern: I need a balancer system - Block & Tackle Rod, ONE-Size 28.3 inches long.
