This is the lock latch that I need. It is 7 inches long and an inch wide. I do have the door registration number but you said that wasn't necessary. Plastic corner keys broke when taking screen out to rescreen. Need for corner keys. Screens are from vinyl windows from 1999.

I am in need of 2 replacement series 9000 29? spiral balances with white tips, all I see is red, green, and yellow. Should I look elsewhere of go with a different color.

This window has no shoes on it now. It is a 3/8" non-tilt Spiral Balance, with two holes at the bottom, 1/2" apart. Do I have to take the window off to get a new plastic slider hinge replaced and connected to the bottom of the window?

This piece broke on the other side of this window.

I ordered 39-028. It does not seem to be an exact fit. Any help would be appreciated. The straight piece's end on the new part is round and my part is square. Also, the arm is about 2" shorter-which I knew about. The house is built in 1978. Hope that helps.

I need the latch in the pic below. My house was built in 1995 & this is the original window. Also my neighbor has a large window with 2 side lights.
