Do you.have this window balance? How much would 2 cost?

Hello, I need replacement parts for pictured item. The only marking I could find were the letter J and the number 6... the piece is 1/2? thick. I am hoping for a complete set (2 top, 2 bottom) Thanks!

My balance is stamped (q 23 4 ) it looks like your 385 model being 5/8? but has 7/8? wings on both ends and a 1? shoe on the bottom. Your 385 is showing 15/16? wings and 1 3/32 shoe. Do you carry 1/8" pin width screen pins. I ordered 5/32" pins from you and I need to exchange them, they are too big.

this part fits in the top of the sash channel and appears to be an upper limit stop for the channel balance it is made of plastic dimensions are 1" x 1" on the left side of the "C" and depth is 7/8"

I have removed the old sash from my windows- see pics above. The only numbers on them are 11600-17 and BF 17 9#27 2/87 And my second window has 11600-17 and BFG (or 6) 10#31 12-86 stamped on it.

The spring looks like the 405 series 171 however the number I see on the spring is 361 It is very hard to read. Help...Thanks

This is our window crank and arm for the left side window crank out. The crank seems to be stripped and the arm isn't functioning well - we can open it but not close it. Ideally we'd like to replace both so they're both new.

This lock's latch has broken off. It is from a double hung Crestline window with wood interior. Model number might be CL-DH2032. If its not that number it is the same type but different size. Scott
