The 30" part no longer recoils as it should. In one of the photos there is a number I think it's 2240. I also need the clips(pictured) that screw into the sash that pulls the balance back down.

I need this balance for a 19x52 Louisiana Pacific double hung tilt out window. That balance measure 26.5 inches long and has the markings 24HDB on them.Would you have these available?Thanks,Rex

I can find a name on the window. "Truth 31272" is stamped on the hinging arm that opens the window. The handle broke off when locking the window and I'm trying to determine if I can but a replacement unit.

This is photo of the coil balancer I want to replace. The "white" part of the balancer is 3/4 inch wide x 1 1/2 inch long. From the top of the white part to the center of the screw is 5/16 inch. Which balancer do you have that can replace this one? Thanks

Exterior window (garage) single pane was broken recently. The glazing is a snap-in aluminum that I don't think I can get anymore. It was pretty much destroyed when I took it out. The lock is broken & as best as I can figure it is the main sliding plate, that is attached to the J hook that needs to be replaced. The assembly is from a DNS 16 sliding patio door lock.
