I require a set of balances for Andersen 28310 double hung window

hello my balance is stamped 24-b thats all it says anywhere. it measures 25" long not including tips 26.5" with end tips and its 9/16 wide, if that measurement doesnt exsist than its 1/2" wide. the windows are 70s or 80s aluminum windows and one of the handles reads vista view, if thats any help. th ... The stamp says 25 4 and 3.S.1. Bance is 1/2" x 25.5"

Hi there! Apparently the manufacturer doesn?t make a keyed lock for this door. Do you have something I can retrofit? Thanks!!

Spaced bar in IG says ROVO-80. 1st photo is the tilt lock mechanism. 2nd photo shows the handles and locks. Let me know if you need more photos. Just beginning to fix them and I am sure I will need a variety of parts.

number stamped on Andersen balance is B35 4#19 8 81

Hello, I need one more part identified. I believe it is the sash guide? There was only one remaining and part of it has obviously cracked off, so I'm not sure how long it was originally. I don't know if it is decorative or actually functional. Thank you for your help. Debi

Slightly Ingles in on the small side angles back out on the large side

The channel balances say 31 5 EX CMC 4. There were no balance retainers in place so I'm not sure which one's I need. Thanks for the help.

My old casement operator failed. It appears to have "Wright" stamped on the arm and part number 7701 stamped under the housing. The arm measures 9-1/2 inches from the center of the wheel to the center of the mounting plate/housing. Can you please advise on a replacement? Thanks! Pete ... (cont.)
