I need the plastic slide for the locking bar mechanism that is in the middle of the picture with the two screws in it. I would like to order five of these.

I live in Central Florida and my porch windows were manufactured by Seasonshield (later bought by JeldWen). Many (practically all) the top stop caps have become brittle from the heat and need replacing. Are you familiar with this brand and do I need to replace all the channel guides as well? I am no ... I have a peach tree glass sliding door installed in 2002. I need a new lock cartridge. The lock is 4 inches long 0.5 inches wide. The loch has two treaded holes on 3 and 11/16 centers. The problem is the locking dog does not come out to engage.

We have Silver Line tilt latches 2900 series that need replacement.I also added in the photo of serial numbers from the window. Also wondering if they are warranted. The latches slide out to replace.

Hi, I need to replace Andersen Window balances. Their site says to measure the visible glass and to measure both panes of wooden double hung windows. The bottom section is 36 7/16 wide and 35 15/16 tall. Top pane is 36 7/16 wide and 23 15/16 tall. It's a large double hung window. Which measurement a ... (cont.)

It is the latch that you pull if you want to remove or clean the window. The latch gets broken VERY EASILY! MOST COMMON CAUSE is people opening the window too hard! and then when they break.when you open the window the top of the window falls down and hits you in the head
