There are no markings on the beading. The window was installed in 1983. I am including pictures of the beading and the measurements. This is at the end of the spring assisting the raising and lowering of Windsor double hung Window. This is the upper window but the lower window which does not work is the same Configuration. Need a new plastic piece that has broken

The first photo (window closed) is the operator that needs to be replaced. The gears are stripped and it?s a second story window so I have not taken the hardware out. The window is a double-pane Viking with a vinyl frame, stamped inside the frame (between the two panes) with "LOW-E May 1995". Lock keeps jamming. Sometime can?t turn the l lock keeps jamming. Sometime can?t turn the lot key or lock knob. Lock has marking, it reads AISD as shown in photo.

Need some help on a 1/2" block & tackle, non tilt balance. Your part # S390-34 will work with 50 weight number, but I need (2) each that the tube actually measures 34 3/8" long. Can you guys get these? Let me know if any questions.
