Your description online says this is a non-handed hinge. One of our carpenters said he needed both right and left so I ordered and received 4 units(listed as non handed on your site). Need replacement parts for 12 windows. Surface mounted left and. Right window tilts and window locks. Til it's are measuring 3 and 1/2 inches don't see that size on your charts. They are climate gaurd windows. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS.
