Which top sash guide would you recommend based on the photos? The width measures 5/8" wide. Thank you!

I attached some pictures with measurements of my existing operators. Several have stripped/broken and need to be replaced. this channel came from a Jordan single hung aluminum window. Can you supply the replacement part for this? There was no mark of ID on the piece. Thanks, John

I work for a lumber yard and a customer called to find out if we could locate parts for his 1995 Mercer Windows. I need the operators for Mercer casement windows in white. I need a price on both left and right hand operators.

Window channel is 28" long, 1/2" wide, number stamped on back is 2740- upside down "R" -23. Your model number S395-28 really looks close except for the channel balance top looks a little different than the the one shown. Could you tell me if I?m wrong or not? Thanks

I ordered your par #38-089 to replace truth keeper #20622 The overall projection of the truth 20622 is about 1/8" more than the 38-089 and makes the sash lock extremely hard to close and puts too much strain on the sahs lock. Could you recommend which weight option to choose when the actual window weight is at the top of one range, and the bottom of the other. Hello, I need to find about a dozen of these, left and right side latches for Alenco windows. Picture attached. Most have broken plastic pieces that go into the side of the window frame to hold the window in place. Some have broken top levers as well.

These roller catches are on laundry room doors. Part of thresded part broke off allowing roller to pop out. This screws into part that is in top.Let me know if you have this part, please. John

need replacement for DNS INDSTRIES 13/23 outside pull standard, the pin broke off the tumbler. Inside pull has #16 standard. Door is 1" thick and tumbler overall length is 3/4" and 1/2" thick. can you help?
