The handle has one or two screws broken and I wish to replace the handle. What options do I have? Are there different styles too. Thanks Tom

I need two pair of (left and right) sash piviots (like the one in the photo) for the lower sash on older Harvey DH windows. Windows are probably about 20 years old or older.

This is an OLD Andersen wood casement window. I need to replace a latch like the one pictured.

I have enclosed pictures of the Coil Balance shoe that I need. I think it may be part # 15-177. Are you able to confirm?I recently ordered Pivot bar 26-466 that is a match for the window.Thanks,Mike

80-106 Does this track come wider and the same distance? Appears the side track is attched in the form of an L on my end. Suggestions?

I believe the hook where the spring attaches to has broken off so the balancer does not work.

I am looking to replace at least the right side (when facing the window from inside) balancer of a single hung vinyl window. The thumb lock broke on this patio door latch. I believe there are some parts that broke inside the strike bolt mechanism on the edge of the door. to describe the parts the side handle is 22 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the base. The broken crank has a 9" arm and a smaller arm. The long arm is stamped Entry Gard Truth. I am hoping to only have to take this apart once but if you need a number or code tell me where I can find it and I will do my best.

As seen in pics I missing the faceplate that allows me to lock my screen door. Lock is fine and working, just can't find the plate that will allow it to lock. Old 70's building and no identifying manufacturer. Thank you in advance
