I have this casement window which was installed before I bought the home. It seems I miss a small piece to keep the handle on the system. The first picture is the current issue, the second, with white paint on it, has the small steel piece that helps hold the handle.

Would like to purchase a left and right coil window balancer 6 pound, this is the picture of what it looks like.

We are looking for replacment latches for several of the windows in our dorms, probably installed in 1968, the hinge hardware says Anderberg LA Calif , US Pat #3.345.777. but the part we need is the dual latch assembly , see the pictures. in many cases the latch is just worn out from use or the la ... Need help with these. They are out of an older PGT aluminum frame window .

Aluminum slider, older model with no brand name. Looking for replacement wheels. Carriage and wheel are steel. Wheel is concave. You have to disassemble frame and wheel carriage slides in from end. There are two rectangular divot holes to hold it in place. Wheel is around 1/4" wide and about 1 1/4" ... (cont.)

The channels are 27" from end to end. I have 6 of these that I need to replace. Each one is the same as the other. The windows are Milguard I believe - see latch on the top in picture. If i can get the right part, I can install them myself.

Hello. I have broken the plastic piece that holds the metal In the window jam that you put the bottom of your tilted windows in with the metal post that is on the actual window itself. I have sent pictures. Can you help me identify this or find Fix this?

Do you have this black tilt latch in stock 3 and 1/2 in Long by 1 in and 1/4 wide I need between 20 and 40 pieces.

Lug broke off

The window crank and the mechanism inside are not matching up so that when you turn to handle the window will not open or close.

I have left and right casement windows that has these Anderson mechanisms. The right one (as I look outside) won't crank out, and the left side (photos) might soon be doing the same thing. Based on the photos, what crank model(s) would work as replacements for both of these windows? Oh, I will re ... (cont.)
