We are in need of a A few window cranks for these windows I had purchased something earlier from you guys, but it was the wrong part.

Looking for these plastic clips for aluminum grills The owner believes these windows were installed somewhere around 2005 and he believes the manufacturer was NuAir windows. Which he says are no longer in business.

Glazing bead replacement

Morning, I am attempting to repair a number of casement mechanisms that are not working properly, however, I am unable to locate the correct replacement. I need both left and right hand. The only marking that I can find is the word "Truth"

We have a bay window with two series 4000 double hung (model 3B01) and both the pivot shoes broke on one of the windows. It looks similar to 15-177, but ours has a hole just above the metal shoe.Any help is appreciated.

It's 3 1/8 long not counting the tongue and 3/4 inch wide

The balance is marked "28 5 DL Caldwell" as shown in one of the photos. It's winged on both ends. Can you help me make sure I order the right part please?I also weighed the sash using a bathroom scale. It's around 35-36 pounds.Thanks!Scott

Crank mechinism has 30895 stamped on it. Weather stripping looks like 55-106-6. Just trying to verify.

We have a channel balance that has 18E on it and we also have another with 18C. Can you offer any insight on this balance as it doesn't match the balances on your website. Thank you

The piece that stops the window from open unless you push on it

The part I ordered ( 3107081) part # 39-097 is the wrong part. I'm looking for a crank assembly like the one pictured and I also need 2 handels like the one pictured.
