Unsure on which bead I need for my window

My house has custom windows built by Golden Windows in Ontario, back in 2000. I am trying to find a replacement RSI balance. I have the broken one but I did not see a # on it. Then I got my magnifying glass out and found the inscription. It reads

Need to replace this part and would like assistance in finding a replacement. The distance between the 2 holes is 2.25 inches. The keeper is not surface mounted it is flush mounted.

The window was installed in new construction about fourteen years ago. It looks like your S-795-36 could be the right part. Also, 36C is stamped on the balance. S395-30 you offer one in 13in but I need one 12in can you supply, PGT bathroom window It is overall 13in but that is to the top of the plastic guide, the metal arm is 12in
