Hi there, my window sash balance stamps are different.One is 2640cj BX and another one is 2660 BJ as show on the picture.andMetal length is 27". Top and bottom are winged. Bottom guild are broken.Thank you.

All the windows in the house we purchased have sash balance issues. There is not a complete set amongst all the windows, so it's a guess as to what I need. All are double hung. Top and bottom balances are not connected or missing.
