Hello! I am having trouble finding these latches to keep my screen in place. In the picture is the original latch (plastic) that was broken in three places. They came from windows manufactured by United Windows. Any and all help will be appreciated! Thank you!!

our storm windows are from the mid-1980's and need replacement sliding pins to lock open and or closed. Does anyone have these or a source that we get replacements?

How deep does the mortise lock for Product Code: 40-183 goes into the door frame?

I'm looking for a replacement arm for a casement window. The current arm is labeled Entry Guard Truth and, once extended, pops off the bottom of the window, so does not work to close the window. Can you identify which replacement hardware I need?

My balance shoe broke in my simonton window I drove every where looking for it Home Depot ,Lowes local shops,... results,...Nothing. The part that the sliding screen latches to broke. It's about 1 5/16inch long and 1/4inch wide.

These pivot bars are rusting on most of my windows, with one that snapped off already. Some of the screws are just sitting in there because they are mostly rusted too. There are 2 screw holes. I includes a tape measure in one photos for sizing.

I need to replace some early 1950s wood window spiral balances. Oddly they have silver colored plastic tubes around the springs that have shattered, instead of metal tubes. this is arrow point push in flexible glass stop they use on arch widows etc. this happens to be an octagon window. on the large cross section its about 5/8 stop is sun baked and stiff. im replacing the glass and would like to have fresh stop if possible
