Need new spring for bottom sash

Do you have a product that will lock (from the outside) my sliding glass patio door? The dimensions are: Stile 1 6/8 in Inside door width 1 inch I have not been able to find anything that fits. There is no label on the door so I am unable to determine the manufacturer.

We are in need of a crank out awning design window mechanism. It appears the burrs on the mechanisn are worn and the window will not crank out or back in. The little latch won't stay hookef

I need to replace this operator. All the ones I find online have slightly different dimensions. My crank arm link is only 1.875" center-to-center. The vertical height between the mounting holes is 5 1/4" and the horizontal distance is 1 1/8". Can you find this part for me?

I require 4 of the metal insert that fits in the shoe holder that the has at the bottom of the sash fit into. I've seen other parts that are not open on top that will not work with bars on the window due to their shape. The metal disc looks slightly more than 1/2" diMeter

I am looking to replace the pictured handle hardware. As you can see, one of the screw casements on the base plate is sheared so it is impossible to get the handle to tighten down on the door frame. Please advise if you have suggestions? Thanks! John
