Replacement for left tilt latch on Prism window
I'm needing to replace the left tilt latch on my prism window. I measured it without removing it and approximate measurements are as follows: 2 5/8" long, 11/16" wide. and 7/16" thick

Help finding coil balance
The coil has a number 6 stamped on it. The windows tilt inwards.

Eagle Window sash pins
We have these style of sash pins in our historic district, we believe they are eagle window parts. Do you guys carry anything like this? The spacing between the holes on ours is roughly 5/8

Measured correctly but shorter than old balances.
We received our order for 18 balances, Series 900, 28". After trying to install them this past weekend they didn't work out. They pop out of place when operating the window up and down. Window replacement roller assembly
23 year old windows and many need new roller assemblies, the plastic has worn where the metal rollers are and now the windows drag on the plastic and not on the roller. Need four Caldwell 28 4 spring balances and one metal clip
Replacing four 21 year old spring balances on single hung vinyl windows. The cord has broken on two of them and would like to have two spares. The metal channel is 5/8"x5/8"x29" long. Tilt latches
Trying to purchase 2 of these window parts. They screw to top of window (Bishop of New York, now out of business) and they have spring operating mechanism that keeps window in track or by pushing toward center, releases window from track. Window channel balance needed for Viking window
I have a viking window that the channel balance broke. I have removed the both the windows and the channel balance. The channel Balance shows a stamp of 2220 JK. Snap in plastic glazing
This snap in plastic modeling for a boat window. The section that covers the window is 11/16. The section that snaps into the frame isi 1/2 inch with a small lip 3/8 of an inch down from where the plastic covers the window. The plastic is shaped in an L.

Locking latch broke
Hi, we have Atrium windows and one of the latches broke off this morning. The windows are a beige color. The screw holes are approximately 2 1/2 inches apart. Choosing spiral balance for metal vertical sliding window
It is for the windows of an apartment. The window height is 30 1/2 inches. I think the tip is blue. What is the length of the spiral balance I should choose? Also, how can I lubricate the window because it is difficult to slide it. Thanks in advance. Robert
