Hi, I have installed this unit. However, the key can only be removed in one orientation (straight up). To lock the door, you have to rotate the key clockwise to move the mechanism. The latch will then connect and the door is locked but I can't remove the key. So then I have to rotate the key counter ... (cont.)

This is a part that needs replacing. It is a part that was disconnected from the overall hinge mechanism.

Need to order the 2 white plastic that is attached with a screw at the top corner of the moving glass pane that maintains the spring in position.

after tilting the window it locks into a blue plastic clip that then alows the window to slid up and down and holds the window in place not allowing it to fall. These are breaking off so window must be supported with a block, etc to stay open. Can supply any identification that you need. Thank You ... (cont.)

I am looking for a fin screen frame corner almost identical to this one. However the square section of this corner measures 1 1/8" is there another corner that matches the dimensions product code 95-265 with a 1 1/8" fin? Can I see a diagram of this corner?

Hi I need these 2 balancer the L9 and R13 used in the same window. I have 2 more exact same windows that need replacement but haven't taken them apart. Is it reasonable to assume that the balancers are the same ? I would need a total of three sets. Thanks Ed
