Hi. I need 4 window counter balance units. Metal to metal length is 18" and the width is exactly 1/2".. I believe the Swisco part number is S351, but would like to have you verify this for me.. Marking on the channel says 26 3 Caldwell EM. The window weighs about 25 lbs. If you need more pic just let me know. I have a few more in file that would not go thru. I purchased the sash guides 18-115, 18-064, 18-009 and 18-036 in hopes that one of them would be the correct one that I need. They were not. I have attached photos and a sketch of the one that I need. Can you assist in helping select the correct sash guide. Thank you very much.

This accessory will go with the 40" series 600 spiral tilt window balance. Product Code S600-40 that I will have to also order. The part in the picture is where the bottom tabs of the window go in to and then it slides in the track.

I need 24 inch balance similar to the attached photos. The photo with two balances has a newer replacement on the top of photo, and the older original version shown on bottom. I am pretty sure both styles would work. The window is Kinco brand.

I am on your website attempting to replace multiple tilt latch pairs for my home windows. As I measure the existing tilt latches, They appear to be 5/8 inches by 3 5/8 inches; Sizes which I do not see on your website.

Hello. Andersen window cig-1 --99.6 The number on top of the crank is C-9400-1B The number on the arm is 1521101 The arm is 9". If you look at the top screws closer to window they measure 4.5" screw to screw. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks, Amy

The printing on my broken channel balance is 24 5 HR CALDWELL. After going through the look and measurements, I'm pretty sure I need 25" 390 series.
